All services are provided in accordance with professional standards and applicable regulations within the Republic of Ireland and the European Union.

Client Obligations

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about your property and requirements
• Grant reasonable access to the property for inspection purposes
• Pay all fees and charges in accordance with the agreed terms
• Use our services and reports only for lawful purposes
• Not reproduce, distribute, or commercialise our reports without written consent
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Treat our staff and representatives with respect and professionalism

Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• Fees are due as specified in your service agreement or invoice
• Payment must be made in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise agreed
• Late payments may incur additional charges as permitted by law
• All prices include VAT where applicable
• Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, reports, methodologies, and intellectual property created or provided by Solvixes remain our exclusive property. This includes but is not limited to:

• Valuation reports and analysis
• Market research and data
• Proprietary methodologies and processes
• Website content, design, and functionality
• Trademarks, logos, and brand materials

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use our reports for the specific purpose for which they were commissioned. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solvixes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of our services beyond those expressly stated in your service agreement.

Professional Standards

Our services are provided in accordance with professional standards and best practices within the property valuation industry. However, property valuations are professional opinions based on available information and market conditions at the time of assessment.

Market conditions, property values, and other factors may change after our assessment. We are not responsible for changes in market conditions or property values that occur after the date of our report.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and property details. We will not disclose your personal information or property details to third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by service type:

• Services may be cancelled up to 24 hours before scheduled inspection without charge
• Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee
• Once a report has been delivered, no refunds are available
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14 business days

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or other unforeseeable events.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland and the European Union. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time with appropriate notice. Termination does not affect:

• Payment obligations for services already provided
• Confidentiality obligations
• Intellectual property rights
• Any provisions intended to survive termination

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if you breach these Terms or engage in unlawful or inappropriate conduct.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Dispute Resolution
